Jill Montanez brings over 30 years of leadership experience in corporate learning and development, where she has designed and led global training initiatives that drive innovation, engagement, and growth. A Certified Professional in Learning Performance (CPLP) with a B.A. from UCLA, she is recognized for her creativity, strategic mindset, and commitment to lifelong learning. Jill’s love of the arts runs deep—she played viola in youth orchestras in Pasadena and has sung soprano in community choirs for more than four decades. In addition to her professional and musical accomplishments, she is a passionate mixed media artist who enjoys journaling, travel, outdoor music, and art festivals.
