60th Anniversary Season | 2026–2027

For 60 years, the Memphis Youth Symphony Program (MYSP) has helped shape the musical and personal growth of thousands of young people across the Mid-South. As we celebrate this milestone season, we invite individuals, businesses, and community partners to join us as sponsors in supporting the next generation of musicians and leaders.

Since 1966, MYSP has been where classical music meets Memphis soul. As an independent nonprofit, MYSP serves over 350 students annually from more than 80 schools, providing high-quality, ensemble-based music education for students in grades K–12. Our programs foster not only musical excellence, but also discipline, teamwork, and confidence that last a lifetime.

As we mark our 60th Anniversary Season, now is a powerful time to partner with MYSP. Tuition covers less than half of the true cost of programming, and community support ensures that no student is turned away due to financial need.

Ways to Sponsor

Season Sponsorships

Season sponsors sustain MYSP’s full year of programming, including rehearsals, concerts, chamber music, and educational initiatives that serve hundreds of students across the region.

Your support helps provide access to high-quality music education in a fun, inclusive, and collaborative environment where every student belongs. Sponsorship levels offer meaningful recognition and engagement opportunities, including visibility in concert programs and marketing materials, event tickets, and unique behind-the-scenes experiences.

Sponsors may also choose to support specific areas of impact, including:

  • Concerts and performances

  • Chamber music programs

  • Individual ensembles

  • Guest artists and masterclasses

  • Student scholarships

Every investment directly supports student growth, artistic excellence, and access to music education across the Mid-South.

To ensure full recognition in all 60th Anniversary Season materials, we encourage sponsorship commitments to be made by August 31st.

Sponsors confirmed by this date will be included in season-wide print and digital materials, including concert programs and promotional content. Sponsorships are welcomed throughout the season; however, recognition in specific concert programs and printed materials may not be possible if deadlines for those events have already passed.

Early commitments also allow MYSP to plan effectively and maximize the impact of each sponsor’s support.

60th Anniversary Gala Sponsorships

To celebrate 60 years of inspiring more than 4,000 young musicians, MYSP will host its 60th Anniversary Diamond Jubilee Gala on November 14, 2026, at the Children’s Museum of Memphis.

This milestone event honors MYSP’s legacy as a cornerstone of Memphis’s musical community while investing in its future. The evening will bring together supporters, alumni, and community leaders for a memorable celebration of impact, artistry, and opportunity.

Sponsorship opportunities range from Presenting Sponsor ($10,000) to Friends of MYSP ($350), with benefits including event tickets, recognition, and unique engagement opportunities. Higher-level sponsors receive premier visibility, VIP experiences, and special acknowledgments during the event.

Additional opportunities, such as Entertainment and Hospitality Sponsorships, allow partners to directly support key elements of the gala experience while receiving enhanced benefits.

To ensure full recognition in all 60th Anniversary Gala materials, we encourage sponsorship commitments to be made by August 31st.

Sponsors confirmed by this date will be included in printed and digital gala materials, including the commemorative program book and event signage. Sponsorships are welcomed after this date; however, inclusion in printed materials and select recognition opportunities may be limited due to production deadlines.

Early commitments help MYSP plan a meaningful and well-executed celebration of this milestone event.

2025-2026 Season Sponsors, Partners, and Supporters

We are grateful to the sponsors, partners, and supporters who make MYSP’s work possible. Their generosity helps provide high-quality music education and meaningful opportunities for young musicians across the Mid-South.

Thank you to all of our supporters!
