Paula Bert Turner is entering her 39th year as a music educator currently serving as an itinerant strings specialist with Bartlett City Schools, specializing in 5th Grade Strings instruction. Previously, she served 30 years in Legacy Memphis City Schools as a band and orchestra director and following retirement, spent six years establishing and developing the orchestra program at Lakeland Preparatory School. Mrs. Turner is an alum of MYSP and served on the board for ten years, including three terms as Board Chair. She is honored to guest conduct the Prelude Strings and prepare them for their new permanent conductor.
